My personal passion for studio art and graphic design lead me to a career in branding, digital media and creative content production where I have over 15 years of experience managing large-scale design, strategic communications, advertising and award-winning website projects from start to finish. I enjoy wearing many hats and have a collection of snapbacks to prove it. Whether it’s hiring, onboarding, and managing an array of talent and personalities, dealing with difficult client situations or shifting from building budgets and strategy recommendations at one moment to copywriting, art directing and managing photo shoots the next, I excel at juggling and executing with expertise. MEDIAMONKS
VP, Group Account Director
Currently I lead the agency’s second largest client partnership. I am responsible for a global team of 100+ creatives and producers to deliver pixel perfect campaign assets for one of the world’s largest and most innovative brands. Sorry – it’s confidential! I’ve scaled the team by over 200% in one year, hiring and onboarding over 80 full time employees and increased revenue by 500% since joining. I directly manage a team of 5-7 managers in addition to leading all financial and operational aspects of the Tier 1 client relationship.

CARBONE SMOLAN AGENCY
Account Director 
Responsible for managing one of the agency's pillar client relationships across several multi-million dollar initiatives, including the design and implementation of a global recruiting campaign as well as the corporate website redesign and content development. Prior to Account Director, I spent more than three years I managed multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact, and developed several long-term client relationships across industries, particularly luxury hospitality, financial services and educational initiatives.

WOLFF OLINS
Senior Account Manager
Working at global brand consultancy Wolff Olins taught me loads about strategy, research and presentation skills while still doing what I do best – delivering every aspect of a project on time, on brand and on budget. From proposal generation to implementation, I ensured both my clients and team members “enjoyed the ride.” 

MONOCLE
Account Manager, North America
Joining a newly-launched premium international media brand was a challenge I warmly welcomed. My role involved conceptualizing, planning and executing custom advertising programs across our print, web and retail platforms for an expansive network of luxury brands. The position provided me with a wide array of opportunities from pitching concepts to CEOs across North America, organizing subscriber events, launching a pop-up store in Los Angeles and everything in-between in order to build exposure across the continent. 

LAUREL & WOLF
Content Marketing Manager
As part of the in-house creative marketing team, I helped define and introduce this online interior design brand to the world. From brainstorming concepts to final asset development and deployment, we created integrated advertising campaigns to strategically accelerate social growth, brand awareness and client acquisition. 

OTHER FUN FACTS
I literally took a juggling class in college before graduating magna cum laude from NYU with a degree in Communications. Outside the office, I love doing just that – being outside, traveling the globe and admiring street art along the way. My happy place is anywhere sunny along the coast, playing beach volleyball all morning, followed by a tasty Thai lunch combo with friends.
